1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vitalia app or the Aevora Labs website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your iCloud account used to sync Vitalia data. Aevora Labs is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Intellectual Property

The Vitalia app, including its custom classification algorithms, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of Aevora Labs. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.

4. Limitation of Liability

Aevora Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice via the app for any significant changes.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aevora Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
